Doing things fascists can't do. Not doing things fascists want us to do. Doing things fascists don't want us to do. Refusing the fascist offer. A.R. Moxon

Every time you act to defend your fellow people, even in small ways, you defy Trumpism. In the age of Trumpism, simple decency is revolutionary. Be revolutionaries. Ken White (Popehat)

Authoritarian systems do not begin with overt tyranny. They begin with a normalization process. Each move is framed as temporary, necessary, or targeted at 'bad people.' Each expansion of power is justified by manufactured crisis. Each erosion of civil rights is sold as a trade-off for safety. ~ Oliver Kornetzke

What's happening in Minnesota is an escalation of things that have happened in other cities - Chicago, Portland, LA, DC. It could be coming to your city next.

I don't say that to scare you. But it might be good to ask yourself: If this was happening in my neighborhood, who would I reach out to? How would I take action? Who would I trust?

Start building those connections now. If you already have some, strengthen them.

Trans people didn't traffick your children to a secret private island to be raped. Billionaires did that.

Immigrants didn't break into your social security accounts and steal your retirement money. Billionaires did that.

Liberals didn't slap random tariffs on every item in your grocery cart. Billionaires did that.

Feminists didn't buy up millions of homes for pennies on the dollar and make housing literally unaffordable. Billionaires did that.

Muslims didn't start dozens of wars around the world over oil and then send your sons and daughters overseas to die in them. Billionaires did that.

Stop blaming other people for what billionaires did to us.
